Ahva [ah-vah] is a resource center committed to providing the highest quality, life transforming education thru outstanding services in the area of healing & Sacred arts.

From the Winter of 2012, we will offer "The Healthy Breast Program & Yoga of healing" in a weekend Intensive format & an in-depth 10-week session. Previous programs at Ahva have included: Svaroopa yoga & workshops, Meditation classes, Health & Yoga retreats.

Individual consultations & life coaching are the foundation work at Ahva.

Ahva is a Farsi word, meaning: Sacred song & divine inspiration.
