Flowering as a Dancing Prayer of Service IS Whole Body Yoga
A five day Women's retreat with Sofia Diaz
Asana, breath work, music, liberated bodily expression and intimacy are all the incidental steps of the yoga of a life lived as service. Let us find the mutuality of discovering our edge in yoga and creating great face-losing-art out of loving more than our self-conscious habits dictate.
May celebration be our each and every exhale and ecstasy be our great-fully embraced inhale.
Just what if we dared to tell the truth of our deepest happiness with every move we make in our ordinary life? Come if you dare to care more than you can presently contain on your own.
This retreat will combine asana, movement, breath work and a series of practices that communicate Sofia's unique understanding of the yoga of feeling. Participants will learn to integrate breath, yoga posture, and heart feeling to strengthen the body, release constricting emotions, and ground the whole being in happiness.
