Love & Consciousness: Living The Texture Of Embodiment

A five day men's and women's retreat with Sofia Diaz

May we all be free and radically in love with our greatest intuition of what existence is all about.

A Hatha Yoga based retreat emphasizing the embodiment of love and consciousness as man and woman, the masculine and feminine principles as they appear in and as all of us. The fruits of asana and pranayama practice will be applied in dynamic and meditative inter-relational practices aimed toward understanding the masculine and feminine principles within our own bodies as well as self relating to the world, our bodies and hearts related to others and to our work or service in life.
