The Rigor of Being
Five day Men's and Women's Retreat with Sofia Diaz
This co-ed yoga retreat is designed to serve the clarification of how we are standing and being in our lives, what and how we are consciously and unconsciously serving or disserving in the life around us.
These times need the generosity of our Awareness. Through rigorous and purifying physical asana practice followed by highly structured partner and small group exercises we will engage in several days of deep sangha (community) practice addressing whatever challenges are up for each person attending as well as demanding celebration of the resources of wisdom we each are.
Intuition, deep honesty and profound all-embracing compassion will be the means of our exchange. We will use group reflection to bring heightened awareness to the gifts flowering in each of us that we might relax effort in our lives into being the river of life that flows with great certainty and grace through the challenges of the professional, spiritual and relational facets of our life.
