A Women's Weekend Life Yoga celebration
A Women's weekend, emphasizing the creation &
identification of nourishing practices to live by.
The weekend will include formal asana & Pranayama,
"Emotional Yoga"""(ie. practices to help conduct the
fullest expression of life-giving emotion, exploring
the ground of feminine embodiment as body of love.)
and inter-personally & interactive exercises to help
seal understanding of our lives as practice & of love
Celebration.
